WHY SOLLIO AGRICULTURE?

You will be part of Canada's largest agricultural network, created by and for producers over 100 years ago. In this way, you will help our farmers grow, progress and prosper. Like them, we are passionate and forward-looking. Agriculture is quite a challenge. This is why we are moving forward together, in the right direction.

CHALLENGES WE OFFER

Oversee the centralized order desk operations and end-to-end order management lifecycle across 3 regional feed mills.

Manage, mentor, and evaluate a dedicated team of up to 4 order desk and customer service employees to maximize performance.

Lead demand forecasting and volume tracking initiatives to predict upcoming mill production and raw material requirements.

Maintain a deep understanding of downstream supply chain logistics, transport turnaround times, and delivery delays to accurately manage customer expectations.

Analyze product pricing structures, margins, and customer demand patterns to optimize order intake strategies.

Isolate systemic order processing bottlenecks or communication gaps, diagnose root causes, and implement evidence-based corrective workflows.

Collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Manager, and cross-functional logistics teams across Canada to align order flows with production capacities.

Navigate highly ambiguous demand fluctuations and inventory constraints, making critical, high-stakes decisions under operational pressure.

Lead and participate in high-impact special projects to modernize order intake systems and improve data visibility across feed mills.

Generate formal order desk KPIs, forecasting reports, and strategic capacity recommendations for senior management.

YOUR ADVANTAGES

Executive-level flexible group insurance plan and defined contribution pension plan.

Professional development and leadership training adapted to your career goals.

Fully covered corporate travel expenses and modern mobile office technology.

Performance-driven work environment backed by a stable, 100-year-old industry leader.

YOU FIT THE FOLLOWING PROFILE

You possess business acumen with a deep understanding of centralized order desk operations, demand forecasting, volume tracking, and market pricing structures.

You are a proven people manager capable of leading and driving workflow accountability and building a customer-centric culture.

You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, isolate systemic order processing bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver strategic diagnostic reporting.

You excel in ambiguity, possessing the critical thinking skills and decision-making confidence to adjust forecasting models and order allocations when logistics delays occur.

You are a highly collaborative communicator who can easily adapt to diverse cross-functional teams across Canada, build alignment with regional mill managers, and travel 1 to 2 times a month to regional locations.
