Help Get Rental Homes Ready for Their Next Tenant
Move Smart Rentals helps property owners prepare and lease residential rental properties. A major part of that process is making sure each home is clean, presentable, and ready for showings or move-in.
We are looking for experienced cleaners who can take responsibility for a vacant property, complete a detailed clean, and leave it ready for the next stage. This is independent, appointment-based work across rental homes and apartments.

- Move-out cleaning
- Vacant-unit turnover cleaning
- Deep cleaning before a property is listed or occupied
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors

- Cleaning baseboards, windowsills, doors, fixtures, and detailed surfaces
- Completing a final walkthrough before leaving
- Taking clear completion photos
- Reporting damage, maintenance concerns, or areas that cannot be properly cleaned
- Updating the assignment through a mobile work app
You will travel directly to scheduled properties and complete each assignment independently.

After you apply, we will review your resume and cleaning background.
Candidates whose experience matches the role will receive an email within
