What You’ll Do

Drive Sales & Customer Growth – Sell storage solutions, follow up with leads, and stay ahead of competitors.
Deliver Great Customer Service – Ensure every customer interaction is positive, handle concerns, and maintain high standards.
Support the total business – Jump in when needed to assist with the Call Centre with customer inquiries and sales, and support other sites occasionally.
Manage Payments & Accounts – Process transactions, follow up on late payments, and keep records up to date.
Keep the Facility Running Smoothly – Oversee daily inspections, ensure maintenance is handled, and monitor inventory levels.
Prioritize Safety & Security – Enforce security protocols, respond to emergencies, and be the first point of contact for after-hours incidents.
Stay Organized & Report – Track key metrics, report to the Site Manager, and keep records audit-ready.

Who You Are

You’re a proactive and results-driven person who thrives in an independent work environment. With experience in customer service, sales, and operations, you’re great at keeping things running smoothly with minimal supervision.

✔ Sales Driven Mindset – You know what it takes to close the deal and to meet targets.

✔ Adaptable & Flexible – You’re comfortable with shifting priorities and can pivot when business needs change. You can take on new technologies as they arise and use these systems to enhance the workplace.
✔ Strong Communicator – Whether assisting customers, interacting with colleagues, or reporting to leadership, you communicate clearly and effectively.
✔ Customer-Focused – You understand that great customer experiences drive business success and take pride in delivering top-notch service.
✔ Detail-Oriented & Organized – You stay aware of policies, procedures, safety, and security while keeping things running smoothly.
